Privacy Policy

The Faith Network for Manchester (“we”) take your privacy seriously and will only hold your
personal information, limited to your name, email address and (if provided) postal address
and contact number, for our own purposes as set out here.

Our own contact details are set out below and you are welcome to contact us thereby.
We hold your personal data to send you information that we think would be useful and/or of
interest for you and/or your organisation. We provide this information because we believe its
dissemination contributes towards the general aims shared by you and us. In some cases, we
believe it will also help to contribute to your own work.

We have obtained your data through previous contact that you have had with us or through
personal connections.

We will hold your data for such a period as we deem appropriate taking into account whether
or not we have provided any services or worked with you, whether you have attended our
events and whether or not you have expressly consented or requested the receipt of the
above information from us.

Your data will not be held on public computers and we will take all possible steps to ensure
the security of the data on secure servers based in the UK.

If at any time you would like to change your communication preferences or be removed from
our database please let us know by using the contact details given above. You have the right
to request access or have corrections made to your data or to ask us to delete it (if we do not
have any legal basis for retaining it, for example if we are currently engaged in a joint project.)
We will, of course, restrict the purposes for which we process your data if you request us to
do so.

If, at any time, you are unhappy with the way we handle your data please let us know. You
can also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office. You can do this online
at https://ico.org.uk/concerns or by calling 0303 123 1113.
