This Workshop offers you a positive perspective to see you through demanding times

Join Helen and Debra for a practical and interactive day of discovery where you will:

  • Learn how to shine a more positive light onto challenging situations
  • Explore how your approach can impact on outcomes
  • Tune into a busy mind bringing clarity and focus to a task
  • Discover the skills to approach life in a refreshed and positive way

This workshop will be fast paced, invigorating and fun. It offers the space to reflect, share experiences, and you will come away with a combination of theory and practical tools to help you think positively.
